1. How do I Add, Edit or Claim a directory listing?

2. What is the row of shaded links above the listing photo for?

That row of links are the Action Links. The row of links above the photo section in the listing Details View (the page with the full listing details) are "Action Links" to click for: (See screenshot below)

Directory Listing Action Links

Here is what each action link is for:

  1. Submit Review = Click to submit a review about this listing (register and create a User Account first).
  2. Recommend = Click to send an email to recommend this listing to your friends.
  3. Visit = Click to visit the website for this listing (if they have a website URL in their listing details page).
  4. Report = Click to report a problem with a listing, such as, broken links, inaccurate information, etc.
  5. Claim = Click to "claim" ownership of this listing if you are the business owner and you want to edit the listing.
  6. Contact Owner = Click to send an email to the listing owner (if this listing has been "claimed").
  7. Map = Click to view a detailed street map of this listing location.

 

3. How can I post a Rating and Review for a Directory business listing?

  1. You need to register to create a User Account on the Directory website for the business listing where you want to post a Rating and Review. Take the following steps to create an account...
  2. Go to the Directory Site where you would like to post the Rating and Review.
  3. When that Directory Site opens in your web browser, use the navigation menu to go to the Account Login page on that site. Please take note of the details below in section: I cannot login to my User Account on one of your Directory websites?
  4. Click the Don't Have An Account link on the Account Login page.
  5. Fill out the User Registration form to create an account on that directory site.
  6. After you create an account and login, use the search feature to go to the page that displays the business listing where you want to post a Rating and Review.
  7. Click the Submit Review link in the Action Links above the photo section in the listing Details View (the page with the full listing details). Select your rating and fill out the submission form with your review message and submit it for us to review and approve.
  8. When viewing our websites please remember to refresh your web browser so you see our updated webpage content and login pages.

 

4. I cannot login to my User Account on one of your Directory websites?

Please take note: User Accounts are NOT linked between our websites. Sometimes users sign up on our main website www.nemmar.com and later realize they cannot login to our Directory Site. This is because they created a User Account on our Nemmar.com website and not on our DIRECTORY website. So if this happens then please create a user account on the Directory website so you can login to that Directory site.

 

5. How can I post my reply to customer reviews posted with my business directory listing?

If you are the owner of the business that is listed in our directory then you can post replies to online customer reviews for your listing.

First you need to claim the business listing in our directory. "Claim" means that you let us know you are the owner of the business/company that is listed and then you can take "ownership" of that listing in our directory. After you claim the listing then you can post replies to any reviews that display with your online listing.

The Claim listing link is located in the Action Links section. The row of links above the photo section in the listing Details View (the page with the full listing details) are called "Action Links".

 

6. How many of my business listings are allowed in the directory sites?

There is no limit to the number of business listings you can have in our online directories. However, you cannot have duplicate listings in the same directory website (with the same phone number and location address). As long as the businesses have different street addresses and telephone numbers, or are listed on different directory sites that we have online, then you can have as many listings as you want.

 

7. How can I add my company logos and photos to my directory listing?

You can have your own Logos and Photos displayed with your listing. We display a random photo with each listing and we can replace that image with your own photos. Please Contact Us for more information. You can add up to 8 photos per listing. Remember to first claim/submit your listing and then reference that business name and directory website when you email us.

 

8. When will my directory listing edits and updates display online?

All edits, updates and changes to directory listings are reviewed by the website administrator for approval to make sure the content is appropriate. The changes will display online after they are approved by the site admin. There is also a website cache setting and sometimes the changes display online a few hours after they are approved. Please remember to refresh your web browser when viewing our websites so you see the updated version of the content and login pages.

 

9. How do I get tech support or answers to my online directory site questions?

10. How can I edit or update my User Profile in the directory sites?

The User Profile is for your user account which is different than the business Directory Listing for your company. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Login after you create an account.

2. Click the Edit Profile link on the first page that displays after you login.

3. You can also use the User Menu located in the sidebar and on the Account Login page. (See screenshot below)
